When a character occupies the Eleha'al vine does it count as hindering terrain and therefore grant hindering terrain bonuses?
Does the Lunge feet allow 2099 hulk to a) Move 2 squares then attack b) move his full movement, 2 more squares then attack or c) Neither. How exactly does this feat work?
Under the new giant rules does a character still need to break away when they are adjacent either 1 or two squares away?
1). Eleha'al vine is an object and works just like any other object in terms of terrain and such.
2). In order for any character to move 2 squares and attack, they have to be given an action that results in a close combat attack. In order for 2099 Hulk to attack, he must be given a close combat action or power action to make a close combat attack, activating his lunge. He then moves 2 squares an automatically breaks away (he can't move his full speed value with leap/climb since leap/climb activates off of a move action and does not grant a close combat attack).
3). Giants no longer have 2 square adjacency. They just can make close combat attacks against figures up to 2 squares away, so long as they normally be able to attack them (no walls or such). So giants only have to break away against figures right next to them.
Eh . . .
I have no sekrets, I just am.

I'm just emphasizing the movement portion.
He could still use L/C with Lunge tto make a close combat action against a figure on a different elevation.

Adding to that last sentence...the figures have to be right next to them AND on the same elevation. A grounded giant is not adjacent to an elevated anyone. There would be no break away. (There'd also be no ranged combat restrictions either. )
