With the new oracle from alpha. can you stack powers? like if the agent has invuln can he now use invuln and esd? and also, can pogs be assigned feats?

1) Yes, it also worked with the old oracle as well (i.e. if you had outwit on your dial, you could also get perplex via the power action option of Oracle on the card)

2) Yes, as long as they meet the prerequisites.

To somewhat clarify however..
You couldn't use Oracle's ES/D on top of a character with ES/D to get a +4 (+3 with rule of 3) defense.
