I have a question:

If a flyer in hovering and a grounded character are B2B can they both do ranged combat on each other? And if this is true, if you are a flyer with 2 bolts and are B2B with 2 grounded can you do two ranged attacks? If any of this is true can you please state where it is in the rulebook or FAQ. I tried to do this in a tournament last weekend, and I was told you couldn't do it.

A flying character can make a ranged attack against ANY adjacent opponent. A grounded character can make a ranged attack against an adjacent flying opponent, UNLESS there is also an adjacent grounded opponent. In which case, said character may make a close combat attack against either opponents.
And yes, the double lightning bolts would work in the same situations.
