BUT...

The cover pic on the back of her card shows the Marvel named character, while the origin/description text never mentions the named individual character and gives the description of the classic Wagnerian valkyries (plural).

Generic or no?

Generic hands down.

As I said in the other thread: If you count Gotham City Detective (real name per card: Crispus Allen) and Street Thug (real name: Joe Chill) as generics, you should count Valkyrie as a generic as well.
Especially since the sculpt I've seen look nothing like Brunnhilde.

Answered in another thread: character name given as (various) on the back of the card, so "generic" it is.
