I think the most common errata people are looking for is that he only ignores it for Attack purpose only.
This way putting ICWO on him he would not be able to outwit through buildings.
Another words make it worded like Trick Shot was made to be.
Other than that i do not see a reason for him to need errata.

If his LoF crosses hindering they do get the +1 to def.

Actually, these days I play poker on Friday nights with some friends. I'd *like* to discuss comic book physics with them, but... well, lets just say they don't like to talk shop.

For being someone pretty calm you are very irked (if that is the proper word)

I have some posible solutions for your irkness (again, if that is a proper word)

1- Play games that you can play alone.
2- stop playing games
3- stop coming to forums
4- relax and know that you will always find someone that should take 2 special pills (and I´m talking about the ones that irk you)

You can try the solutions separated or mixed but the effect will be liberating for your soul and mind (trust me I did it)

Look, I´m not against it, just to be clear, cause it seems as if you missinterpreted my post.
I don´t say "it´s broken", I don´t claim that it should be errated (but I do agree that it should be for attacks, not for any LOF, but that´s another thing)

I never complained, I just commented what I thought it would be cool about the power, or how I would have twisted a little the wording, nothing else.
I accepted a long time ago that this game has very little to do with comics, at least with the heroes and villains we love in comics.
Maybe the dials are about some heroes and villains we don´t know and then they put our chars over those dials.
But you talk about the awesomeness of a character that has a power that makes little sense with the character as it is strictly written (AND I´M NOT COMPLAINING, just mentioning facts, ok?)
Cap always throws his shield in weird ways, he makes it bounce off walls to hit enemies and then it comes back to him, the uses it like a boomerang, etc.
But he does not have x-ray vision...
So he can´t target something behind a building. And you know it.
And he can´t target something above a building when he is at street level.
And you know it.
I´m OK with the fig, just another fig with a crazy power that someone didn´t think very well. (This is MY OPINION NOT A PROVED FACT, only fact I have is the power as it is)
Some are not OK with the fig as it is.
Unfortunately, some express their feelings or thoughts in ways that sound very hard in plain text, but I´m pretty sure it would sound very different in person, with the rest of the body language.
That´s why we should relax a little here in the forums, sometimes we make a world for very small things.
And at the end, the guy has all the right to think different than you or me or the rest of the forum and he also has the right to express it without us coming like hawks over him.
Nowadays the only times I get pissed is when someone has no respect for opinions.

Those maps are 2D. You don't know what the buildings' sides look like. There could be big windows allowing him to see the guy and know exactly how to throw that shield around the building.
Why not? He could have a good sense of where the guy is. Heck, the maps are 2D. Those could be 1 story buildings and it wouldn't be hard for Cap to draw a bead at all if that were the case.

This game has rules. They don't always translate directly to the real world. If you can get past that, then everything is a-ok.
