Leader is on click 2 and got Outwit from Oracle on the last turn.
At the beginning of the turn, he uses the OW from Oracle to counter somebody's Invulnerability. A Poisoner then damages that figure, dropping it to Toughness. (1 use)
Next he Outwits the Toughness (via his SP) before a second Poisoner gets the guy. (2 uses)
He now takes a power action to gain Perplex from Oracle.
Later on he copies Superman Enemy and uses that Outwit. (3 uses)
Now a teammate uses Pulse Wave and catches Leader with it. He drops to click three and picks up a natural Outwit. (Note that the SE OW from use 3 would now end.) He can now use that natural Outwit. (4 uses)
The whole idea started with HSS and the Sentinel of the Skyways. If you begin an action using regular HSS and get a crit miss or Mystics to drop into the SP HSS, you have a new power and must stop. This is simply an extention of that...one which nbperp has verified numerous times in the past.
Oh man I really hate to ask this but did superman enemy change? Seems like I've been pulling this all night. The rules for superman enemy state that "When two friendly superman enemy teams members are adjacent, the character with the highest point value may use outwit. If this character already has outwit, then this team ability has no effect." That's from the Legion of Super Heroes PAC. Is there something in the wording that I'm missing. Leader doesn't have outwit already? Hows this work? Sorry I'm not just trying to give you a hard time. Honest!

Leader does not have Outwit on his first two clicks. Instead he has a special power called Intellect that allows him to use Outwit (and PC). This is not the same thing as having Outwit from the rules point of view.

You've clearly never dined with me at Taco Bell...where I get clicked onto my SP.
I did specify "one of" - that doesn't preclude other strengths nor does it imply it is your strongest strength. I've been close enough to you to know that Taco Bell would not be my choice of a place to eat together.
