Oh... Kay... Well, that was a nice rant, mhmike.

After the local tournament last week a few of the players and myself went through the setlist and graded each figure one at a time and they gave Seth a C- and a D respectively. I have no idea why. No one seems to like Seth, but honestly he's really very good. Probability Control and great stats, plus useful powers on every click, and ten range to top it off. He works great on a Mystical theme team, and he might be good with Armor Piercing and possibly Immortal Contempt.

Just... not for 120 points. Not terrible, but... not 120.

I have used this piece every time I have played any HOT and he has yet to be hit (I have even had to make a super senses roll). The other teams always concentrate on my other members and keep saying throughout the game "I need to kill that piece", but they never get to him. This is one of my favorite pieces from the set. He gets hated on a lot but he does so well every time that I play with him. His prob control always makes a huge difference in every game and his numbers are great for the points (10 range helps as well). If you have him, enjoy him :)

He would be so much better if not the Battle Fury... Even so, with protected he can be annoying. Would be great if 11 AV didn't had become the new standard.

mhmike, you're an idiot. Please stop posting here. Anyway, on to the figure. A great figure. I played him last night, and he did amazing for me. So versatile. 3 Damage, or EE. 11 AV, with Probability Control. Willpower with a nice high DV. Psychic Blast. 10 Range. Good keywords. All for a very svelte 120 points. Top notch figure. Just to counter said posters ratings, I'm giving Seth here all 5's. Oh and PulseGlazer, I don't think you've played him yet. If you had, you wouldn't be giving him such a low rating.

An amazing fig for 120 points... i have used him many of times and am never let down. People that rate him low play him first. this fig is balanced and very effective... Mobile prob? with high av and medium damage out put? yes please!! 5 star all the way through.

mhMike were you aware Seth did not design Hammer of Thor?

I love watching him waste other characters attacks, watching character push to hit him and then missing. I love being able to move my prob where I need it most when I need it. the first click alone is worth 60 points, the other 8 clicks are just gravy.

This is a great fig. He is very playable, the prob control, phasing, psychic blast, range of 10, regeneration, poison, he's pretty tough to get rid of and if you just keep him out of sight for a while then bring him in close when people get brought down, they can never get rid of him. He's at least a 4 star, i'd say 4.5. He's a great piece to play.

Played him twice today with war machine, mr miracle and oberon and a destiny and couldn't lose. He's a great distraction and an asset.
