From WARBOUND
Choose a keyword. All characters on your force that have the keyword are assigned this feat.
When a target friendly character assigned this feat is given an action, instead of giving it an action token, you can give the action token for the action to an adjacent friendly character that has a point value equal to at least half of the target's point value.
Ok my squad consisting of Gaberial Jones (LE) and SHIELD Sniper (E)-Sinister both are Warbound. So Gabe has a token and the Sniper wants to use RCE. My question is this:
If Gabe wants to use the "power action" option of his SHIELD TA to increase the damage of the Sniper by 1, but wants to Pass the token (and as I said above, he allredy has a token from last turn). The Sniper is given a token for her Ranged Combat Action and Gabe assigns the SHIELD TA Power action token to her as well. Yes, I realise that she would now be pushed. Is this legal?

If the shield sniper were to be given the token from warbound AND THEN is given the action for her RCE AFTERWRADS I dont see a problem with it. Only because if she is given the RCE action token first, the action would have to be completed before she can recieve another token from the feat.
the question, then, is when tokens are given. it's my understanding that the shield ta happens at the time of the attack roll, so if i give an action and transfer it via warbound, then make an attack roll triggering the shield ta, i would imagine it's good. however, if action tokens are received after the action is completed, i would say no. i'm unsure of the timing on this.

The timing is this:
Give the Sniper the power action for RCE.
Initiate the attack.
Give Gabe the power action for SHIELD, declaring that he will be WBing the token.
Resolve Gabe's power action by increasing the Sniper's damage and placing Gabe's token on the Sniper.
Perform the attack.
Resolve the attack by applying the damage.
Resolve the RCE power action by placing the Sniper's token on the Sniper.
Apply the push damage.
