He's pretty useful, too - as a fairly cheap Probability Control piece who's actually tough enough to mix it up with the opposition.

A solid support piece for the points. Good attack capabilities with multiple options (EE, Quake or just base 3 damage) with 3 clicks of prob and INjustice league (SOCIETY) for a 50% chance that prob won't get outwitted, he's a solid investment at 59 points. Armor piercing is tempting, but I suggest leaving him as a DIY figure as, for how fragile he can be and how limited his offensive capabilities are if your enemies play 7-square keep away, then he quickly becomes just a tad too expensive.

This has become my "Go-to" probber for MANY DC teams. Often the first fig to be KO'd as the last survivor on my teams. Can't say anything bad about Major D!
