destiny is on an EBT on the DC city map, can she see other rooftops? i say no since her LOF crosses another blocking line, the blocking line of the roof that contains the LOF...my reasoning is such as that with barrier, if you were on a rooftop and your LOF to the ground crossed the blocking line of barrier, you dont have lof...so does destiny on an EBT have LOF to ANOTHER ROOFTOP?

Destiny could never be on EBT. But if she were I think she would be considered elevated, and thus only elevated blocking terrain would block her fire.

She has LOF to another rooftop. The BLOCKING line of the roof doesn't count in this case.

But remember. Destiny could never ever be on elevated blocking terrain (she does not fly or have leap climb)
