Hello. This may have been answered before, but I couldn't find an original post. If a TKer, say Blink(vet)or Polaris has 2 bolts for ranged, can she target and effect two seperate targets with her TK if not adjacent that are within her range?
It's been this way ever since the 1st set with IC U Quasar, the OG multiple target TKer.
The power itself stresses the single aspect as well.
TELEKINESIS Give this character a power action and choose one of the following options. (For all options, this character must have a clear line of fire to the target and is treated as if it has a range value of 8. For options 1 and 2, the target ignores the effects of elevated and hindering terrain on movement.) (1) Move an Opposing Character: This character makes one close combat or ranged combat attack that deals no damage. If the attack succeeds and the target has or possesses the damage symbol (but is not a double-base figure), move the target up to 8 squares so long as it ends its movement 8 or fewer squares from this character. (2) Move an Object or a Friendly Character: This character targets an object or a friendly character that is 8 or fewer squares away and moves it up to 8 squares so long as it ends its movement 8 or fewer squares from this character in a square to which this character has a clear line of fire. (3) Attack with an Object: This character makes a ranged combat attack targeting a single opposing character as if it occupies the square occupied by a non-held standard object; this character must be 8 or fewer squares away from both the object and the target of the attack. The target of a successful attack using a light object is dealt 2 damage; a heavy object, 3 damage.

No.
First off, only matter for ranged attacks... which eliminates about a third of what you would do with TK anyway (it isn't an attack to move your friendly characters).
Second, even when TK is used as an attack, the TK description says:
Give this character a power action and choose one of the following options. (For all options, this character must have a clear line of fire to the target and must be 8 or fewer squares away. For options 1 and 2, the target ignores the effects of elevated and hindering terrain on movement.) Short answer: No
The number of lightning bolts is the number of different targets the character can target with a single ranged combat attack.
All references to objects under Telekinesis on the PAC say AN object, A character
Arrows are for ranged attacks only
Edit: And apparently my computer is running slow today!
i cant wait to throw 2 supermans at someone and watch them squirm!!!
You can do that now for a fraction of the cost... Mandroids and Jean Grey are really cheap.
The only benefit that duo grants is that it only takes one action from your normal alotment to TK twice... which would be great if actions were in short supply, but seeing as how expensive that duo is, you'll probably have actions to burn.
