I know that, but it's not what I'm asking for. This FAQ is outdated, since the FAQ and the various E&Cs have both been replaced by and merged into the Player's Guide.
(and SuperGENE's rules aren't official anyway)

I know this rule exists, but I can't find it anywhere in current rules docs. I may have missed it (in that case, I ask anyone who knows to direct me to the current official doc that contains it), or it's an oversight, and I'm just pointing it out to the RA and his deputies.
