Ok, I was in a game last night where I was using SI Dr. Strange and my opponent was using Gargoyle Bats. I assumed that I couldn't hit him while he was on the rim of elevated terrain, but could Dr. Strange of hit him because of how his trait and bats sp is worded?
It helps quoting the Powers/Traits etc. that you're asking about.
In response to your question - yes, I would say Strange could draw LoF to him. Batman "considers the rim of elevated terrain to be hindering terrain" and Dr. Strange "ignores the effects of characters and hindering terrain (including team abilities that give hindering terrain bonuses) when determining line of fire."
I would probably say no. He doesn't ignore stealth, he just ignores hindering terrain. Since stealth wasn't given to him via hindering then he remains in stealth. It would have to be worded that he ignored stealth, not specifically hindering terrain.
An understanding of the law of large numbers leads to a realization that what appear to be fantastic improbabilities are not remarkable at all but, merely to be expected.

Just to make sure its said, Batman's power specifically says he treats the edge of elevated terrain to be Hindering, the SP does not state it blocks line of fire to him.
FROM AMONG THE GARGOYLES: Batman can use Charge and Leap/Climb. When Batman uses Stealth, he considers the rim of elevated terrain to be hindering terrain.
and remember- It's HEDLEY!
I miss? PC it. You hit? PC it. I hit? I can do better, PC anyways. You miss? I DIDN'T SEE SNAKE EYES, PC IT!
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
