Choosing flash gives them outwit, can they use BT when they have perplex on earlier clicks before this power shows up?

Of the top of my head, I would say yes, but you are stuck with picking The Flash.

Side question:

His Specials say "the Flash can use...or Superman can use..."

This character isn't named either of those things though. Once you choose a winner does is this character actually named The Flash (or named Superman depending on which you choose) for those clicks?

Yes that is why they lose and gain and that is why they gain their powers.

So Kryptonite Man vs. Superman/Flash would not effect them on there racing clicks, but if i choose Superman will he be effected by Kryptonit Man on his single character clicks?

I'm not sure that it'll work that way officially, but I would certainly rule it that Kryptonite Man would affect Superman on the last half of the dial.

I've asked Norm to get that part clarified.

There are other effects, too, like Assembled BFC and Extant, which would be important as well.

Personally, until we get an official answer, I'm ruling that the character's name does switch. (Otherwise, we need errata on the powers.) And it isn't like we don;t have figures who switch names via AE or BP.

it says CAN, it doesnt say "This character has to use the power". just like the current wording on Battlefield promotion figures being able to be assigned feats they dont qualify for, but their BP counterpart does, and same thing for Alter Egos. I think that sums it up easily, but! my question would be following that- If you chose superman, and get healed, can you still use BT?
