Hey I was wondering if it is possible to use a Jason Blood just as Jason Blood and a Jason blood as an alter-ego on the same team.

Could I have a team of Etrigan, Jason Blood, and Jason Blood as an AE?

Why not?

You wouldn't even need to declare which was which...just transform which ever Jason you need to and leave the other one be.

I have another AE question...if you put a feat card (maybe vampirism) on jason blood and you switch to Entrigan would entrigan have vampirism (could heal to top dial)

The feat would carry over, but a figure can't heal past its starting click.
