Solid figure for the points. Decent AV, double target range attack and willpower makes for a figure that hedges his bets of how often he'll be able to successfully hit enemy figures by taking more shots at them without taking pushing damage. Add in the police TA's bonus and you've got a solid secondary attacker.

I used to throw a few of these guys onto all of my BPRD teams as generic BPRD soldiers, mostly just to give them a team ability to actually copy. I seem to have lost track of mine, though. I tried to find them a while ago and don't seem to have any left.
