Ok so when attacking with flurry does the damage get reduced to one or is it the base the base damage plus whatever you add to it? my friend says it is the first one i say the second which is correct?

You are correct. Multiple-target attacks and hypersonic "in-place" attacks reduce the damage, but flurry just lets you make two regular attacks. So go ahead and perplex your damage way up. :-)

No. The Sentinel rules state that the two attacks must be against two different targets.

Just to clear this up for anybody else reading this thread, the multi attacks of the big figures must target two different characters.
Flurry (which some may have thought would be considered one of the "any multi attack") does not have to target two figures. Both attacks can be made on one person.
I'm sure you weren't implying flurry in your message but I was worried some may have read it into it.
