Okay. There's a couch, takes up three squares of terrain. Batman's in the top couch square, Firestorm's in the bottom one, and I"ve got a clear line of fire to the unoccupied couch square. Could I make a ranged combat attack on the couch and destroy it?

You could only destroy one square of the terrain if you can do 3 damage. It becomes rubble however and remains hindering terrain.

Hurm.

Alright then.

Is this couch a part of the map? You cannot target a piece of natural hindering terrain, and I don't know of any regular 3-square objects.
