Can you PC the 1d6 roll for MSOE ATA?

What about the roll associated with using the Kinetic Accelerator?

Im thinking yes to both, but I'd like to be sure.

If it is your roll on your turn, you can PC it.

Yes and no.

If it is your character's roll on your turn (or your opponent's character's roll on your opponent's turn), this is true.

But if the roll has nothing to do with a character (like the roll for the Earthquake BFC or the roll of the Laser Turret special object), then PC can't be used.

so MSOE is a definate yes, which i figured. but for kinetic absorber, is the "character" rolling, or is the KA rolling?

edit: nm, i looked it up, and it seems pretty clear that they are differently worded. LT is obviously the object with an action, and KA is the character with the action
