I already added ATA points to the figs. You can always Thunderbolt to whatever is needed whether it be Ultimates, Mystics, Batman Ally, anything. Also, you still have 5 points left to throw in a lantern or something. Dont forget that this is a theme team too, so you can prob twice if needed and cancel a BFC. Only problem I see is no outwit to start but Moonstone gets it later

So I ask again, what do you think?

Thunderbolts is Marvel TAs only now...

Otherwise, yeah, should be solid.

Not bad at all. Two tag teams, basically - Moonstone and Hawkeye for ranged combat and Venom and Citizen V to get up close and personal.
Keep in mind though that you can now only Thunderbolt Marvel TAs, so Batman is out. Also consider such TAs as Skrulls, Sinister Syndicate or Defenders.
