I am sorry if this is posted else where but I did not see it. What are the special rules of fighting Dr. Manhattan? I heard outwit works on him. Does Psychic blast, Exploit Weakness work on him? Does he see through stealth? Does he take pushing damage? What power does he ignore? Thanks for any help.
