1. Does the League of Assassins ATA stop Captain America, Cosmic Spiderman and Dr Strange from making ranged combat attacks against a figure with this ATA?
2. Does the edge of the map count as a wall for the purposes of this ATA? How about elevated terrain?
3. Pushing an adjacent pog to death while next to a Suicide Squad member activates the TA, correct?
4. Cosmic Spiderman's trait works with TK too right, he can TK people/objects through anything?
1: no, no, yes
Cap is only blocked by certain things, the feat is not one.
Cosmic Spidy is never blocked.
Dr. Strange only ignores hindering terrain so he can' shoot.
2: No and No neither are a wall or blocking terrain.
3: Yes.
4: He can have LoF but if the figure still follows the rules of movement though, so if they don't ignore walls fore movement then they can't be TK'ed through the wall.
Remember TK requires the TK'er to see the start square and the end square.
The TK'ee must be able to move their by itself.
Please quote the game effects in question. It helps make sure we all are on the same page:

LEAGUE OF ASSASSINS
Keyword(s): League of Assassins
Cost: 7 Lines of fire to a character using this team ability are blocked if this character is adjacent to a wall or blocking terrain.
Deflection Trajectory: Captain America's line of fire is blocked only by walls and indoor blocking terrain.
So Cap's LOF is blocked on by walls and indoor blocking terrain. The League of Assassins ATA is not a wall or indoor blocking terrain.
However...
Eye of Agamatto: Dr. Strange ignores the effects of characters and hindering terrain (including team abilities that give hindering terrain bonuses) when determining line of fire.
Dr. Strange's trait only ignores characters and hindering terrain. The League of Assassins ATA is not either of those things, so Dr. Strange's LOF is blocked.
In other words, it depends on the game effect in question. Any game effect that might potentially be used to draw a clear LOF will have to be read and you will need to look for what is and is not ignored or causes blocking etc. There is no blanket, easy answer here.

A wall is represented by thick black lines and blocking terrain by brown lines. The edge of the map and elevated terrain are not either of those things.

SUICIDE SQUAD When a friendly character adjacent to a character using the Suicide Squad team ability is KO’d, roll a d6 and subtract 2 from the result, minimum result 1. After the action is resolved, if this character is not KO’d, it is healed of damage equal to the result.
If they're friendly and adjacent when KO'd, it will activate the TA. Doesn't matter how they were KO'd.

Uni-Vision: Cosmic Spider-Man’s line of fire is never blocked.
His LOF can't be blocked. And that's it. TK moves characters, so while Cosmic Spider-Man can draw the LOF through blocking terrain to target with TK, he can't move a character through blocking terrain unless it is one of those rare characters like Nightcrawler that ignore blocking terrain whenever they move.
I assume Cosmic Spiderman also cannot TK an object through a wall, for the same reasons?
My Cosmic Spiderman/Bronze Tiger ATA'd team up isn't nearly as unbeatable as was picturing in my head. Good to know all this.
Actually real quick I have a couple questions that came up in a big tourney last night. One guy told me TKing an object the line of sight is from the object; I thought it was from the TKer but I didn't feel like raising a stink about it. Who was right?
Also, if you use outwit or perplex you can't use team prob correct, since those are actions even though they are free actions?

Correct for movement. Not correct for attacking with the object.

Is this for moving an object or attacking with it?
For moving, the TKer needs LoF to the object and the destination square.
For attacking with it, you need the same LoF as for moving PLUS you need LoF from the object to the target.

After reading your responses, and if I have this correct, one of the best team ups with Cosmic Spidey is Kid Flash from Crisis. Since he can run through walls with his SP, then he can be TKed through a wall.

That's really a matter of opinion, but it does work.
