I like to play batb Martian Manhunter with camouflage. If he should happen to meet Cosmic Spidey or Bullseye is he screwed? Or will my feat still work?

It should still work, just because they Ignore it doesn't mean you don't still have it.

Cosmic Spidey's line of fire is never blocked, so Camouflage won't work against him.

It will still work against Bullseye, though.

My Manhunter is the cookie. I never understood the hype of those chase figs. The cookie throne is where its at.

Bullseye ignores it himself, but doesn't make it go away as has been said, so it's still there for camo.

But the LE Daken... He says opponents just can't use shape change within 6 squares I believe, that may be an issue.

nope its still there, as long as he still possess SC then he can use the feat, does not matter if you can use it or not.
Look for the ruling on Kid Zoom and Damage Shield.

YUp, Maraud is correct. In order for a feat to be unusable, the prerequsite must be gone, lost, it must have disappeaed from the dial, which happens in two situiation : the power no longer shows on the dial or it has been countered by an effect (like Outwit)
Think of the prerequesite as a sandwich : if I say you cannot eat your sandwich, it's still there nonetheless. You can still smell it and gain confidence knowing that once I'll be gone you'll be able to eat it. Only if it's taken away will all of these things disappeared.
