Just to clarify, a character with Combat Reflexes takes 0 damage when knocked off elevated. (Let's say Force Blasted, so not to add any extra damage to the mix)

As llong as CR is showing at the time knockback damage are applied, no matter the situation that lead to the knockback damage being dealt, they are ignored.
