It was flavor more than anything. And I forgot I didn't have Leadership anymore. But more to show that Carter really has to work at keeping his "savage" side down. And it's not really savage. The Egyptians were anything but, and a pharaoh...so I define it more as Divine Justice, where Khufrupassing final judgement over criminials, like he would if he were still pharaoh and not caring how much force he applies to bring them in. If the Editors want to use it, fine. If not, I'm still going to. It's a personal interpatation of the character.

I will leave it here, as I don't know hoe Lightshear wants to wrap it up. I would have Carter fly off, but that's just me.

Your editor is here to help! Here is my latest issue. I just use the last issue's summary as a template for the next one. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
Toal up all your KO points, then divide by 4, that is TXP.
So it would look like this=19x4=76 +12+15+11=114 divided by 4=28.5 TXP.

There are two kinds of experience you can earn in the RPSC; Individual Experience Points (IXP) and Team Experience Points (TXP). Both of these have a smaller unit; Individual Achievement Points (IAP) and Team Achievement Points (TAP). 4 IAP is equal to 1 IXP, and 4 TAP is equal to 1 TXP.
From the 1st page of the main thread. That help?
"Nature has placed nothing so high, that valour cannot overcome it."
Alexander of Macedon
Not really, I'm more of a "learn by example" kind of guy. Show me by applying these to my team step by step once and I'll have a reference point.
[21] Carter Hall
[8] Jesse Quick
[15] Green Lantern
So Carter's 21 IAP translates into 5 IXP
Jesse's 8 IAP into 2 IXP
Green Lantern's 15 IAP into 3 (roundind down, yes)
28.5 TAP = 28 TAP (again rounding down) which becomes 7 TXP.
Does that look right?

Carters ap would translate into 21/4= [5,1] where 5 is xp and 1 is left over ap to be added next time.
Jesse would translate into 8/4 [2,0] where 2 is xp and 0 is left over ap
green lantern is 15 so it would be 15/4 [3,3] so 3 xp and 3 remainder to be carried over next game.
Then you add them all for for your txp so 21+8+15 =44/4 is 11 so you have [11,0] where 11 is xp and 0 is left over ap. Then you add that total other xp of [28,2] where 28 is xp and 2 is remainder you had as .5. to [11,0] + [28,2] would be [39,2] total TXP.
I total mine like this
Carter 28IAP = [5,1] + [(old totals)] = [(new totals)]
Jesse 8IAP = [2,0] + [(old totals)] = [(new totals)]
GL 15IAP = [3,3] + [(old totals)] = [(new totals)]
TAP 28+15+8+ (KOpts) (19x4)+12+15+11= 165/4=41.25 or {41remainder1} or [[41,1] total TXP.
If I make you a trade offer, even if you think it's ridiculous, please at least respond with a kind and simple "Thanks but no thanks."

Ok I have gone ahead and done most of the work on your first summary. After this you can just copy, paste and update. I will put explanations in red to explain each step. Oh and remember that if you do a training match (recommended to increase your team faster) you only get a percentage of the whole. Check out the rules on that, I am not that familiar with it as I haven't done a training match in over a year. And they have been updated more recently than that.
Individual:
[21] Carter Hall 4 IXP 1 IAP
[8] Jesse Quick 2 IXP 0 IAP
[15] Green Lantern 3 IXP 3 IAP
This is where you convert your points from the issue into IXP and IAP. Each point is one IAP, every 4 IAP = 1 IXP. Keep the remaining IAP as IAP. You need this to upgrade your characters to higher levels or more expensive versions later.
Guests:
None
If you have guest stars (provided by me or if you ask for them) this is where you put their points and convert the points to TAP, because they do contribute to your team's experience. This will help you recruit more characters later.
Team
[44] 11 TXP, 0 TAP
Adding up the total points earned by both your characters and guests this is the total points earned by the whole squad. These are used later to recruit characters or add feats to current characters.
KO’s
Crooked Security guard Dave (V GPD) 15
Crew Leader Mike (V Lackey) 11
E Criminal (Sam) 12
R Street Thug (Carlos) 19
R Street Thug (Strabo) 19
R Street Thug (Sophie) 19
R Street Thug (Anne) 19
Total: 114
Total (114)/4 = 28.5 TAP = 28 TAP = 7 TXP 0 TAP
This is the summary of the points of the characters you KO in the issue. You then divide the total by 4 to convert it to TAP (round down) Then convert to TXP (4 TAP to 1 TXP).
Totals for this game:
Individual:
Carter Hall 4 IXP 1 IAP
Jesse Quick 2 IXP 0 IAP
Green Lantern 3 IXP 3 IAP
Team
18 TXP, 0 TAP
Now summarise the results of the above.
End of Arc Rolls:
1st issue of arc, no rolls.
At the end of an arc you roll a certain number of d6s depending on the difference between your current level and the next one. This is particularly important for Alan as he has a massive difference between his R and E versions. If I remember right he gets 4 or 5 d6s of IAP.
Old Totals:
LE Hawkman: 0 IXP 0 IAP
R Jesse Quick: 0 IXP 0 IAP
R OR Green Lantern (Alan Scott): 0 IXP 0 IAP
R Wildcat: 0 IXP 0 IAP
U Sandman: 0 IXP 0 IAP
Team: 0 IXP 0 IAP
These are the numbers from the last issue (I keep the last notice in a file so I can pull it back up). If you copy and paste from issue to issue then you can just copy the New Totals to the Old Totals then update the new totals. The important note here is that this is all of your characters listed as the highest unlocked level, not the level played in the issue. If you look at mine I also keep a running tally of the total points the character has earned + the original cost. This way if a new figure comes out I can instantly tell if I can play it. Up to you if you want to follow this. You need to update the versions and what feats you have, I don't remember of the top of my head.
New Totals
LE Hawkman: 4 IXP 1 IAP
R Jesse Quick: 2 IXP 0 IAP
R OR Green Lantern (Alan Scott): 3 IXP 3 IAP
R Wildcat: 0 IXP 0 IAP
U Sandman: 0 IXP 0 IAP
Team: 18 IXP 0 IAP
Team size calculation:
LE Hawkman: 4 IXP 1 IAP
R Jesse Quick: 2 IXP 0 IAP
R OR Green Lantern (Alan Scott): 3 IXP 3 IAP
R Wildcat: 0 IXP 0 IAP
U Sandman: 0 IXP 0 IAP
Total= 300 Round down to 300
Squad Size = 300/2 + 50 = 200 point squad
This will tell you (and me!) when you can start taking larger teams.
I know it is a lot, but once you get used to it, it shouldn't take any longer than you usual.

Excellent! This will be a tremendous help. But a few questions:
You have my TXP as 7 in the first line,
KO’s
Crooked Security guard Dave (V GPD) 15
Crew Leader Mike (V Lackey) 11
E Criminal (Sam) 12
R Street Thug (Carlos) 19
R Street Thug (Strabo) 19
R Street Thug (Sophie) 19
R Street Thug (Anne) 19
Total: 114
Total (114)/4 = 28.5 TAP = 28 TAP = 7 TXP 0 TAP
This is the summary of the points of the characters you KO in the issue. You then divide the total by 4 to convert it to TAP (round down) Then convert to TXP (4 TAP to 1 TXP).
Then 18 in the next
Team
18 TXP, 0 TAP
How did that happen?
And this number wasn't included in the New Total stats at the bottom.

That is because it is the Team Points from the IAP your team earned (11) + the TAP for the points of the characters koed (7). 11 + 7 = 18.
Okay, then.
I'll keep this in mind for my story coming in...

Hawkman grabbed Mike and hauled him up into the rafters. He secured him upside down to a rafter. He then slapped him lightly (for him) on the face to wake him up. When Mike woke up enough to realize where he was he let out a scream of surprise and then stopped.
Hawkman pulled his gaze up and asked him directly. “Who is this stuff for? Where are you supposed to deliver it?”
“I can’t tell you! They’ll have my guts for garters!”
Hawkman reached out with a talon and ran the sharp metal on the rope. “I didn’t realize that phrase was still in use. Kind of thought it had died out.”
“My old man used it a lot.” Several of the threads started to part. “Hey! Watch that!”
“Does this bother you? Or the long drop if I cut too many? Tell me what I want to know. Or maybe I will show you what this ancient torturer’s dagger was meant to do.” So saying he pulled out a wicked looking dagger. “You know, they don’t know how many of you came in. One more or less won’t make much of a difference to them…”
“OK! OK! Enough! I was supposed to take the stuff down to the Iceberg and deliver it as seasoning to a cook there. That’s all I know, I’m just a middleman!”
The Iceberg was owned by the Penguin. He reportedly had reformed and was running a clean shop. It all sounded too neat and pat.
“You know, that seemed a bit easy. Also like something that I’d want to hear. You strike me as a smart guy, ready with a line.” He flipped the dagger over holding the blade, he pushed mike in the gut sending him swinging. “Normally I would go get something a bit more scientific to interrogate you with, but I’m a bit rushed for time.”
Mike swung back and Hawkman flipped the dagger at the last minute and let it slide across the man’s belly. Hawkman looked the man expectantly.
Mike blurted “It’s true!” Then bit his lip as he swung back. Hawkman expertly sliced the man’s pants just below the belt. Mike let out a cry of pain and a very thin line of blood formed where the very tip of the dagger had made a paper thin cut.
When Mike started swinging back again, he saw something in Hawkman’s eye that told him that this was his last chance of getting out of this without serious bodily harm.
“There’s MORE!”
Hawkman stopped him with his arm. “What?”
“I was supposed to go to the Iceberg and ask to be seated at the table reserved for Thomas Engels. I was to put the bag under the table and sit facing away from the door to the kitchen. Eat and leave. The bag is always gone when I leave.”
“What was that about a cook you mentioned? Does he have a name?”
“I assumed that some cook or busboy took it away from under the table. Never looked; bad for business. Hey, I’m telling you everything I know. Can you just put me down now? Or just leave me and go call the cops?”
“How did you get the job?”
“Came down from Louie. He dropped a letter in my box.”
“How do I find Louie?”
“You don’t. He finds you. I’ve never seen him, but he has connections and hands out jobs. You get an envelope. You do the job, money appears in the next envelope. You don’t do the job, it goes to someone else and you don’t get any more offers.”
“Hmmm. Looks like Louie and I need to have a chat.” Hawkman turned and opened a skylight. “Use your time in jail to find a new profession, one where we don’t cross paths again.” He then took off into the night.
_______________________________________
“I think that we lack what we need to finish off both of them before the cops arrive. Agent U; Plan D.”
“Yes sir.” She pulled out another M-Battery and a globe from her back waist pouch. She slotted the battery into a hole and twisted the globe. It flashed twice and she twisted four times in quick succession while Agent O opened up with two guns forcing the JSAers behind cover. Both agents put on their sunglasses and she rolled the ball down the pier.
Then the agents started sprinting for their car. Behind them there was a giant ‘Pampf!’ sound and a huge flash of light. Abruptly everything was being pulled towards the dock.
“Did they just throw a black hole grenade at us? Won’t that eat the whole planet if it gets out of hand!”
“No, it’s not big enough and it’s expending its energy too fast – but it could still suck in this whole pier before it collapses in on itself. Hang on while I try to contain it.”
Crates, boardwalk, and even water from the river flowed into the bright white light. Alan first created a sphere to contain it but it rapidly collapsed into the hole and seemed to intensify it.
“Gravity decreases exponentially with distance! Try a bigger sphere!” Yelled Jessie over the howl of the wind rushing into the light.
Alan grabbed her with a giant green hand and moved off a fair distance. Just as he readied himself for a massive force field the light winked out and there was a giant ‘Pop!’
“Well, that was impressive. I wonder where the stuff went? What now, Green Lantern?”
“You are the primary investigator on this, not me. What do you think? I might suggest we call in some bigger brains for this one though.
Then the cops started to arrive and both JSAers were too busy explaining what happened to do much else.
