Paracape be damned, it feels really weird to have a Dick Grayson without any Leap/Climb. Ah well, that's hardly worth complaining about in the face of such an ace dial. Another cheapish flier for Gotham/Detective teams = much love.
A subplot during the "Batman: Reborn" arc was that the cape was throwing off his sense of balance and needed to learn to adjust. So... it's comic accurate.

When it comes to Superman and Batman, Grant Morrison is nothing but a 50's cover band in a 70's psychedelic funk style.
Finally a Batman with Martial Artist Keyworded Bruce Wayne know Martial Arts and they refuse to give that keyword that just goes to show you how much Dick Grayson is a better Martial Artists then Bruce ever will ;P
Your post is really hard to read, due to a lack of punctuation and it being one run-on sentence. However, I think you're trying to say that we've never had a martial artist keyword Batman. According to the units section, we have:
Quote
BA002 The Caped Crusader
BA004 The Batman
JL038 Batman and Robin
IO001 Batman
IO041 Batman
IO207 Dark Knight Detective
IO208 Batman
LG082 Batman
LG084 Batman
HT107 Batman
HT108 Batman
all with the martial artist keyword.

You make me sad. I see absolutely no reason why we need a 3rd version of him in 2 consecutive sets. I would rather have new characters, or at least new versions of old characters, like Jason Todd as Batman or Tim Drake as Red Robin. But not the same character with the same identity.

I thought I'd give an early review of this character:
-Definitely a great dial. Batman Ally TA + Flight gives him great mobility. Unlike many of the Charge + Leap/Climb Batman Family figures, he may Charge throughvirtually any form of terrain, as well as characters. Smoke Cloud Maneuver gives him a potential Charge speed of 6 squares. Batman is very hard to kill as well, with his great defense with CR + BA TA; three clicks of Tougness are present at the end. With a dial 7 clicks deep, he will require major attention to get rid of. Damage potential is good; Flurry mid-dial and Incap at the end make him dangerous on every click. Perplex is always great to have.
A dial like this warrants a 5/5
-The sculpt is awful. Grayson has a boring pose and a sloppy paint job. I would have preferred to see his Smoke Cloud Maneuver or Paracape in action.
The sculpt deserves a 2/5 at best.
-Comic accuracy is pretty darn good. Dick doesn't quite deserve two 11 AV's; to be accurate, the third click should've had a 10 AV instead. Leap/Climb on the last three clicks are needed; I can't see any version of Grayson not having this power at some point. Everything else about the dial is completely accurate, however.
Comic accuracy gets a 5/5.
-And finally, great playability. Fliers with his keywords are always welcome, and Wildcard Martial Artists will need to borrow his TA. He makes a great secondary attacker, and a useful team-player. For only 77 points, he's great on almost any theme team.
Playability like this deserves a 5/5 rating.
Overall, Batman gets an 17/20 rating. A little more effort on the sculpt would've made him perfect.
However, from a dial perspective, he is perfect. I would highly recommend using him on any theme-team he can work on.

Uhm, the Paracape power specifically does not grant Dick the Carry ability. Just the Flight ability. He does not have the symbol, though. That's what gives a character both Flight and Carry. No , no Carry.

Visions of a toppling Legacy Batman with Dr. Mid-Nite's fog on the base are spinning through my head now. Thanks.

-Comic accuracy is about average. Dick doesn't quite deserve two 11 AV's; to be accurate, the third click should've had a 10 AV instead. The Paracape SP shouldn't allow Batman to use the carry ability, as his arms had to be spread when he glided. Leap/Climb on the last three clicks are needed; I can't see any version of Grayson not having this power at some point. The absence of the Justice League keyword is a major flaw; this Batman immediately joined Dr. Light's new Justice League. Everything else about the dial is completely accurate, however.
Comic accuracy scrapes by at a 4/5.
I won't argue the attack number, as that is just a matter of interpretation. But this clix obviously represents Dick at the start of "Batman: Reborn," when he was having trouble adjusting to the wearing the cape, so I can accept (but not like) the lack of Leap/Climb. The lack of any JLA keywords is even more understandable, because Dick didn't join the League until after Blackest Night, well after the conclusion of "Batman: Reborn." This clix was not made with the JLA in mind. If this were a JLA-era Dick, it'd have at least a click of Leadership and some mid-dial Outwit. This is Morrison and Winnick's Dick Grayson, not Robinson's (or Paul Dini's).

Won't argue with you there, even though I never play teams like that, and always cringe when someone pulls out a Shang-Chi and Iron Fist army with Bat Ally TA.

Well, he is ranked Veteran, so I think at some point in his short career as Batman he's been part of the Justice League.
I haven't read all the replies to this, so forgive me if this point has been made. But I'm pretty sure this makes Dick Grayson the character who has been HeroClixed in the greatest number of different identities: Robin, Nightwing, Red Robin, and Batman. Even Hank Pym has only been Clixed in three of his ID's.
i"m digging the sculpt even though i like action poses. this is a great dial for dick. he's not bruce, just dressing up like him. i don't unerstand why ppl need another 'generic' batman dial. sometimes batman doens't have to be able to 'outsmart' the world. sometimes he just beats you to pulp.
i think i'll field this and the batb batman with the last two robins for a team that just runs up to you and beat your face in. no outsmarting, just face busting!!!
@antonio.clark.art is my instagram.take a look and tell me what you think....be blessed!!!

Nope. As has already been discussed, he's a Vet because Dick Grayson is a veteran crimefighter, not a veteran as Batman. This time the designers apparently interpreted the experience level like this: Robin = rookie, Nightwing = experienced, Batman = veteran.
Which makes perfect sense. Slam dunk, and thank you all.

Tony, I look forward to you beating me in sealed with this figure (because we all know you'll pull this and whatever awesome super-rare there is), on the Junkyard map.

I am very exited about a Dick Grayson Batman and all, but for one, Where is Bucky Cap? and second i Dont see whats so good about this dial.
"Bucky Cap" would be in a Marvel set. This is a DC set so you will never see a "Bucky Cap" in a set like this.
If you don't see what's so good about the dial then how can you be very excited about "Dick Grayson Batman"?
What I like is he is a Batman designed for punching in faces. He doesn't have the big bullseye stuck on him with Outwit so this Batman can get into the fight.
I love his SP's - both swooping in in the form of flight and his 2-step shimmy that he allows Robin to use, too.
All at a fair cost.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.

Like tyroclix said, you'll have to wait for the next Marvel set for Bucky Cap.
As for what's awesome about Dick, well, you'd have to ask Barbara Gordon... oh, you mean his dial... Okay, let's see. An 11 attack value for starters, with the Paracape power allowing him to charge through hindering unlike any other Batman we've ever had. The Perplex. The Combat Reflexes... What isn't awesome about this dial?

Just to clarify, I'm not counting one-shot aberrations like Spider-Hulk and "Bombastic Bag-Man".
