I noticed on mobilehorror.com, the PDF of the Indy bystanders has the Hellboy bystander tokens. On the tokens, on the right hand side, there is a male or female symbol, the word move (written from the bottom to the top) then a number that is equal to half their speed value. I don't know if that is a coincidence or not. Anyway, my question is, what is that stuff for? Were there special rules for the Hellboy set that had to do with the bystanders?

That set was cross-compatible with HorrorClix. They can be used as victim tokens.
