Yeah, I knew that. Noh-Varr's ability happens at the start of the game not during. Correct the rating and acknowledged it in my post.
Still my favorite of all the 'crossover-era' stories from the 90s.

Beast Boy and his forms added to post #16. Best parts: No pushing to switch! 3 forms at Common makes a Morph pair much easier to pull in Sealed than the C/U/R/SR distribution we were all expecting. Also, the wording of the Trait leaves the door open for a 60 point Beast Boy form with the same Trait to show up in a future set and still work with these guys. Very nice, I think they handled it incredibly well.

Larfleeze is added to post 15. I might have rated him a bit higher than it will end up in the long run.

Post #3 now includes Larfleeze. It still strikes me as a little expensive and that the contructs should be at least a little clingy, requiring breakaway much as the old Contructs Feat did.
