Trait - Burn Through Defenses: When Atrocitus attacks a character that's using Impervious, this turn that character uses Invulnerability instead. When Atrocitus attacks a character that 's using Invulnerability, this turn that character uses Toughness instead. Speed - Ever Growing Hate: Once per turn, whenever Atrocitus hits with an attack, after actions resolve, as a free action he may then move up to 1 square (ignoring characters for movement purposes) and attack an opposing character that he hasn't already attacked this turn.
Assuming this spoiled Dial is Correct...if one were to run more than one Atrocitus and each one attacked in one turn would the second attack cause them to have toughness?
Since its THEY CAN USE And Not possess?

I agree with your analysis. The second attack would be against Toughness.

Battle Fury is thematic, but I think that Atrocitus did have some shooting in the comics. Still looks like a fun dial, though.

I'm going to say no. If he's impervious, he uses invulnerable for the first attack (and only for that attack) For the second attack he's still impervious so he uses invulnerable on that one too

The wording of the power says the character uses the reduced defense for that TURN, not the ATTACK/ACTION.
