I just read the first issue of this book and was pretty happy.

I'm mainly a Marvel reader...picking up only Loeb's Batman...but I admit I like his characterization of Supes as well. In fact...as far as characters go...I think Loeb is better here than in the splash pages of Batman.

Anyways...keeping in mind that I'm not a DC reader...I have a question for DC fans.

At the end of the book, it seems like Lex Luthor is going to have the government handle the big meteor. The last panel shows some 'Super Team.' Who are those guys? I saw a GL ring but these guys don't look like any JLA I've ever seen.
