I'm confused on the Frost Giant's dial layout. There is the 300pt starting line and the 100pt starting line. If I want to use him at 300pt does he get KO'd when he hits the second line or does he have all 16 clicks for the 300pt cost?

He uses the full dial at 300 points.

That just seems to be a lot considering the first half of his dial looks to be pretty nice for 200pts. Thanks for the info.
