Cosmic Spider-Man cannot draw a LOF through the force fields on the Castle Doom Gardens. The force fields do not block LOF. Rather, you cannot count beyond the force fields and Cosmic Spider-Man's trait does not change that.

They will stop if they enter terrain that is hindering for movement. They do not have their movement halved, though, if they being their movement in hindering terrain. Their movement value is based on how far Larfleeze moved.

The force fields simply say that you can't count bound the force field. Nothing is blocked... he just can't count past it.

So, yes, terrain effects them the same way it effects any character.
