Total noob here. I got my hands on some JL figs a while back, and while I know they're no longer Modern Age, I thought I'd put together a 300pt team to learn with. I like themed lists, ven if they're not 100% comics accurate. Is this disaster waiting to happen?
ArakisLSN is, sadly, pretty spot-on. The Rogues are fun, but usually kinda worthless.
You really need a solid tentpole character to build your team around. I'd throw in Grodd, Zoom or Professor Zoom. Get rid of Abra Kadabra; it's an even point exchange for Professor Zoom.
The DC 75th and Arkham Asylum figures or Grodd are pretty beefy, but they'll eat up a little over half your point budget.
If your opponent has outwit, I'd give Dr. Alchemy the Society team ability for 0 points and keep him at the back. The others can use it as long as he's alive.
Rely on your range.
You also have 4 points to spare, so you could give Flashbang to either Heat Wave or Abra for fun.
Good luck! Viel Spass!

The rogues aren't that bad of a force...but using JL only figures will make them seem so.
First: I think Abra Kadabra doesn't bring enough to the team. I understand *why* players choose him, but in my experience most players using him end up playing a team that is 100 points down (compared to opponents) with a single Perplex.
Second: The Rogues benefit greatly from cardboard: feats and BSTs.
Third: Look at some support from outside of the JL set. Captain Cold/Len Snart from CD. The Top from AA. Even Weather Wizard from HT.
