Question about building a theme team and keywords

Say I need to build a theme team around a character. That character has a few keywords like warrior, monster, JLA..

Does this mean I can build this theme team with warriors, monsters and JLA?

Or do I have to pick 1 keyword and build around that?

If you want a themed team all figures have to share one keyword.
