No, you can't outwit team abilities.

I believe you can. Check the FAQ on this one. The Enemy of Superman team ability grants the POWER of outwit. Because it specifically says "Grants the POWER" you can outwit the power.

azathoth is right that you can't outwit team ABILITIES.

In the DC FAQ under Superman Enemy Team Ability (p. 21)

"This ability grants the Outwit power, so if the above conditions are met (meaning two SE are adjacent), it would be possible for an opposing character to Outwit this newly granted Outwit power."

Just to clarify, in that one instance, you outwit a power granted by the TA, you do not outwit the TA itsself.
