So i've been playing Arkillo yesterday and we weren't sure if we could use the all 3 of the powers at the same time ?

Which combination is correct ? Can i use Charge and EW but not with Flurry ? Or Charge and Flurry but no EW ? What's legal ?

Both combo's are correct. You have it right. You can Charge and then EITHER Ew or flurry. Not both.

Charge and Flurry is OK, as is Charge and EW. You can't use both Flurry and EW at the same time, because both recquire you to give the character a close combat action.

"When a character is given an action, that action can be used for only one power or ability that requires that type of action to activate."
(from the rulebook)
