Which powers can be used with Combat Exper powers now?
Please help me with my understandinf of the changes
Running Shot/Charge? No, because Running Shot and Charge is a power action so you eitehr choose to Running Shot/Charge or CCE/RCE?
Hypersonic Speec Move Attack? (hit and run) Yes, because The move aspect (hit and run) is not a power action, so you don't have to choose like with Running shot and Charge?
Willpower? Yes, because willpower doesn't take a power action.
Outwit in conjuction to the same attack (supes enemy TA and like Doomsday or brainiac)? It used to be that when you outwit someone and attack someone else with CCE/RCE.... the CCE and RCE don't go away becasue the outwit and CE power are not used in conjuction with each other. But now, that rule is no longer there... so Outwit (which is free) can be used?
Shield TA: will it still stack with RCE becasue it is not a superpower? or because it affects damage, RCE goes away?

Instead of asking about every single combination with RCE/CCE, it's easier to simply know what will stop them from working.
A figure can only be assigned one action per turn. So regarding powers that require you to assign an action---unless something specially allows you to assign a power action to activate RCE/CCE in addition to that other action, you can't use both.
RCE/CCE also say that superpowers cannot be used to increase the damage value or damage dealt for the RCE/CCE attack. If something is a power action that increases one of those two, then you cannot use both.
Has anyone seen a ruling on how RCE and multiple shots work? If you have one damage plus RCE, do you get to divide up 3 damage between all your targets, or just the one damage? By my reading, you'd get 3, but I want to check.
