Okay, can anyone help me clear this up? Okay, if NC (or any other HSS clix) decides to attack the only free attack option is to do the "hypersonic multi-attack?" Basically 1+1+1++ damage until you miss, right?
So no more run in, hit for two, and retreat allowed now, right?
No, you can still do the hit-and-run. If you go back and look, HSS is split into 2 options: Hit-and-run and the HSS attack. It's the same. They just worded it different.

Because I will be preparing a new version of my combo PAC, I gotta make sure I understand everything clearly.
Dude, no problem. I spent two solid days reading and re-reading these stupid rules. It was PsylockeLover's packets that finally cleared things up for me.
I like the new rules, for the most part. But I still say that whoever wrote them, and whoever came up with the gazillion types of Actions idea, both need to be devoured and forgotten...
I like to think of the new terms as moves in fighting games. Combat actions are like normal punches and kicks, Power actions are special moves like fireballs, teleport, charging attacks,etc...
Just think of HSS as a special move that allows u to move around the screen very fast, and while u're passing by the opponent u can throw him a punch to the face!
Weird as it seems, it's one way I that helped me understand the new wordings and concepts more. Hope I helped explain it better for u and not add to more confusion!
