Looking at the new rules that Indy came out turned up a question...Are these rules (Indy) specifically the flight rules in effect now for Marvel and DC or do we wait for the FAQ's to state that?

The new rules come into play 2 weeks after the release of the game, and so will be official come October 15th.

On a side not, I would also expect a FAQ update around that time as well, so they can clarify several power's as well as re-word several team abilities.

Is there a possibility that WizKids will publish a combined PAC that will consolidate these updated powers AND TA's. (I know the Indyclix PAC already did this for the powers.) It would make sense rather than having to sift through 3 different PACs.

Sadly no. Even though we all know it's one game, Marvel and DC are both opposed to being linked in one rules document or even tournament format.
