Ok free moving HSS characters so only the flash but as I understand it and many people have posted that flash can hss (move) attack and its a free action. Ok so if thats right then I can taxi flash up and use my free action attack with him. right, wrong or are they gonna have to clairfy this?
Wrong. Since using HSS AS an attack requires a close-combat action, Flash WILL get a token. Now, if he is only using HSS for MOVEMENT, then he will still get a MOVEMENT token, just that the token wont count against your action pool.

”A carried character does not receive an action token for being carried, but may not be given an action(other than a Free action) until the beginning of the next turn.”
Unless their is more to the flyer carrying rule then this. I still have to disagree because what flash is doing is called a free action it doesn't state he can't have a action token placed on him that turn.
Okkkk, HSS is a POWER action and the attacking part of the HSS is a FREE action, so Flash STILL gets the token due to the POWER action, the attacking part is just the FREE action.
And since he was taxiied in, he cannot attack immediately.
Hope that clears it up.

Flash's hit-and-run HSS is not a free action. It is a move action that will not count towards his allotted actions for the turn thanks to his team ability. If something is a free action, then it will be explicitly called a free action; the team abilities that allow for non-allotted move actions are not free actions. Flash cannot hit-and-run as a free action.
Or there's the possibility that you're trying to use the free action that occurs mid-movement as part of Flash's hit-and-run. To get to that free action, you've still got to start with the move action, so that doesn't work either.
And I really hope that this isn't clarified, because that will be a flag of surrender when the rules on this are already in the book and make clear logical sense.
