Many people have been talking about using the new U Arwyn like this:

Use Running Shot, then Energy Explosion. Next turn use RCE without Pushing with Willpower.

How does RCE interact with Willpower?

It works because you can use (E) Batman and his CCE and Willpower. So the way I see it you can use RCE and Willpower.

Actually, before you couldn't use Batman's CCE with Willpower. It was a huge can of worms, but the official ruling was that you had to turn off Willpower in order to be able to use CCE, since CCE couldn't be combined with other powers.

Now CCE is a power-action, and the only restriction is that you can't do anything that would boost the damage you do in a turn. So Willpower, Perplexed attack... they're all fair game.

Same thing goes with RCE, but you can also now perplex the range up.
