If I have Experienced Taskmaster along with any member of the SHIELD team can I use Taskmaster's Enhancement power along with the SHIELD team ability to enhance the same ranged attack?

Yes you can. Enhancement is a power that does not use an action, so that figure can still use an allocated action to use the SHIELD TA.....
