INTANGIBLE ATTACK: Moonstone ignores blocking terrain for movement purposes.

Can Ms. Marvel move through blocking terrain while carrying a character?

I must have been thinking of something else (TK, possibly).

Perma-Phasing/Teleport is a great thing on a Charging flier with Outwit.
