In a 1000 pt game how many feats can you have per team and per character? I'm wanting to use quite a bit to make 1 character unstoppable and others to be super support!

You may have up to 10% of the build total spent on on feats. 100 points in your case.

You can use all 100 points, if you wish, on one single character so long as there are no duplicate feats. In other words, the limit is to the build only; there is no limit to how many feats may be placed on the individual characters.
