...and have found the answer to all the questions and even answers to questions I did't even know to ask. But NOTHING I could find from any of the searched threads answers my question.
LARFLEEZE: "Summon the Orange Constructs"
"Summon the Orange Lantern Corps: Once during your turn, you may give Larfleeze a free action and place an Orange Construct object on the map within his Range and line of fire. If there are already two or more of these objects on the map, this is a power action instead."
Now I found an errata'd ruling as of Feb of this year...
"Summon the Orange Lantern Corps: Once during your turn, you may give Larfleeze a free action and place an Orange Construct object on the map within 6 SQUARES and line of fire. If there are already two or more of these objects on the map, this is a power action instead."
My question is, if the Constructs can't be picked up, and Larf' has NO RANGE, where does the justification for the 6 squares of Range come from?
To me it seems like he makes them on the square he occupies at the time of creation.
The justification is in the power. It says 6 range and therefore he can place it within 6 range. The errata replaces the current wording of the power on the card.

Okay, so it was an actual WizKids ruling or is it just the majority say of HCRealms? I figured it has to have SOME Range on it, I just want to avoid any future debates with my friends.

Anything in the errata is official, any rulings the the RA or deputies say are official. So yes it is because WizKids has said it is official.
The Player's Guide is downloadable from the official WK site (click on "Core Rules") and includes all the latest wordings for all the game text, including powers that have been fixed.
Actually, though, according to your posted quote from the errata, it says place it within "6 squares" of Larfleeze, which has nothing to do with his range. It just means 6 squares away with LOS.
