On my team I have Thanos U, Shield agent R, Doombot R, Mystique R, Psylocke R, paramedic V. Together for bst performance.

On Thanos 2 shots and best clix of 4 add perplex, enhancment, Shield ability x 2 Doombot being second shield.
All adds up to 8. My question finally is can I choose to have Thanos deal 4 to 2 different opponent clixs or 8 to 1 clix?

My understanding of the new rulebook would say you are correct. You could distribute 8 points anyway you choose between 2 targets (providing you hit both of them).

SHIELD and Enhancement damage affects all targets.
Perplex and Base Damage must be chosen.

So, assuming that both targets are hit, you deal 3 to each target and get another 5 between them.

Thanos does a total of 11 damage, minimum 3 to each figure.

Page 1 1 of the Indy Heroclix rule book "flying characters can not carry other characters with flight"

and more importantly "A carried character does not receive and action token for being carried, but may not be given an action (other than a free action)"

These rules become tournament legal in mid Oct but me and my Heroclix cronies use them now.

Yep, dishing out damage just became a whole lot messier.

Let's see that's one to each fig plus another one to each fig and I'll add the perplexed damage to that one along with 2 points of base damage and I'll apply the remainder of the base damage over here. Ack!
