Every week we'll put up a "sticky" thread like this one so people can review and discuss the current weeks Indy comics.
The threads will stay at the top of the Indy Comics forum from Wednesday afternoon until the next Wednesday morning, after which time they'll be "unstuck" and return to their chronological spot in the forum, to be replaced by the current week's thread. Each thread will be marked with the ! icon.

With months and months (and months) of delay, speculation and conjecture had pretty much run it's course on this one so their weren't many surprises plot-wise (eg Hyde's fate, the nature of H-142, etc.), but it was a fun read nevertheless. Besides, we already knew the War's outcome from "War of the Worlds" proper, this story is literally, all in the telling.
Moore really put the emphasis on Hyde with this series which, of course, led to the big pay-off in this issue.
Overall, v. II was enjoyable but not to the degree of v. I. Aside from being an old school Sci-Fi fans delight, Issue #1 was pretty much a throw away, which left us with a 5 issue mini that had a bit of a clunky flow. Still some classic moments (Hyde & Griffin, Moreau's new "hybrids", etc.) but it just didn't pack the punch Volume One had. Still, head and shoulders above most other drek on the shelves these days.
Where do we go from here? By the end all of what I consider to be the most interesting characters are dead or sworn off the League. The last panel suggests a continuation ( I honestly wouldn't mind if we had to wait three years until they finsh a V. III before releasing it if meant getting the books on time), but how? Another round of recruitment? A League from a different era? Sign me up for more League adventure, I just hope it's more timely the next go at it.
Is it me, or did this series start with a bang and has since fizzled out? Three issues, and we are still waiting for the Autobots and Decepticons to get it on. Megatron strapped to Cobra Commander's side, for the first three issues? Pu-LEEEZE! he should've fried the Slime ball quite sometime ago!
The good thing about this issue is that Wheeljack and Bumblebee reveal themselves to the Joes!
Optimus Prime is out and about!
The Constructicons (thank God for the Constructicons :knockedou, tell Dr, Mindbender to shove it! That was great!
If I remember right this is a 4-issue limited? I hope the final issue ties this up nicely, otherwise, this was a waste of time and $$.
At least we have the Dreamwave version of this-which looks to be alot better-with only the first issue out so far.
