My friend says I can use perplex to up the damage a figure dose and still use the figures RCE because perplex isnt listed as one of the super powers that cant be used with RCE but I say that I cant combine any super power with RCE.can someone settle this debate?

Under the new rules you can't use any Power to increase Damage for RCE. You can use Team Abilities, though.

Under the new rules, though, you can now use other Powers with RCE and CCE. At least that is the way I read it on WizKids website.

No poweres can be used with RCE. It is stated specifically in the FAQ.

I don't think the FAQ's are out for the new Rules yet.

That's right (or pretty close).

Old (current) rules... you can not use any super-power on the character with with RCE, including perplex. The best you could do is perplex the target's defense down.

New rules... powers like perplex can be used with RCE but they can't be used to increase the damage. You could use it to increase your attack.
