I like how, due to the smaller size of the Superman family, they are providing multiple and dynamic dials for each character. Finding a better use for the TA with the Running Shot and at half the price of the full dial, I find this more economical although Stunning Blow is a must when you can use it. Compare to Krypto for the same cost and see which you'd choose 9 out of 10.
I'm sorry, but you can't mess with krypto! Sure she is better for the points, but in all honesty they both start out with similiar stats, so if either one got hit with a good shot it would render them almost useless. Krypto has just a bit of a better chin he he! And besides, it's Krypto, cmon now. He came out several sets ago, and STILL holds up pretty well in today's games!
Not really, no. Supergirl has a way better AV, better range and a stronger solid damage. The only things Krypto has on her are one click of health and a keyword.

@Silverbelt-Appearantly you missed the part where I said "Sure, she's better for the points" huhn? And as a matter of fact, on the defensive end, they have the EXACT same stats (17 with invul) so when I said similiar stats it wasn't meaning completely the same he he. Krypto gets that late dial up swing and that 17 defense back, referring to him having a "better chin". And yeah your right, he only has 1 click more than her, but boy have I caught alot of people off guard with that PB @ 3 damage a pop ;)!
Supergirl has her own movie starring Helen Slater, topped! :p
Also, no, I didn't miss what you said. I just don't consider one similar stat to be the same as similar stats in general.

@Silverbelt- Yeah your sooo right about that movie; topped indeed friend lol!! It's been years since I seen that movie, thanx for reminding me about it hehe! And in honestly it just depends what you need; A. High damage output at the beginning or B. Longevity and durability. If you need A. go with Supergirl, as her front dial is better, but late dial not soo much. If you need B. go with Krypto. Though not as strong up front, his late dial peak keep him in the fight and make him more versatile than Supergirl here. I once used a team of all SA TA and called it "Superman and friends" lol! Krypto was a must for that team, as was Batman, both from CD I believe. Now I gotta go with Superman and friends part 2, which include new superboy from 75th and V Maxima with her TK for positioning. Of course it would have to be at least a 800 pt game, but still gonna do it hehe. But i quit collecting at 75th with some GSX, with the exception of FF packs, and that is it. There is a good chance HC will burn out soon I believe.
I don't like this dial that much, yet I use it a lot. It fits really well incidentally into a lot of teams. Too short and too frontloaded, but I like a cheap-ish team ability for my Legion or an inexpensive-ish Kryptonian.

It's not necessarily fair to compare her, but there is very little to play this Supergirl over the FF Supergirl for the same amount of points. That one is head and shoulders better, both in powers and values. However, the Running Shot / Incap is nice. Good values on the first click as well. That's the problem though, a bit of a glass jaw for 100 pts, while the FF one stays pretty good. So not a bad piece, but her playability is a bit lower than it should be.
