x2 150point Superman will destroy SV thanos (with 32 points of feats) easily. I'm beating that in the next World Tourment, x2 150 Superman are going to be in the Top Ten Teams.
No Superman should have outwit. He is a stupid character. His defense should never go above a 17 , because he usually just stands there to take the hit. They have given Mongo to much credit.
The difference between good and evil is perspective.
I have only one complaint about this figure, the Scientist Keyword. Comic Accuracy aside, just think about that for a moment. Play either the full pointed or half pint version of this with MODOK, and you have some pretty nasty games. You use Modok as a front liner untill he gets beat down to his pulse wave clix. Then Superman comes in and Starts whaling on you. Modok can now use pulse wave without having to worry about hitting superman. If you play the 150 pt version instead, Modok can take tokens off of superman and he can keep going. Then add Brainiac 5 for some wildcard usage and viola! A team nobody will have fun fighting against, and will certainly never get you voted fellowship.
Always try to leave an internet argument at lvl 1!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Use him at 150, and Justice League set Lex can mastermind his damage unto his nemisis. All Hail Lex Luthor (but not the one from this set.)
This is the definitive Superman. I don't know what more needs to be said. (Keyword kveching aside). The sculpt, while not great, does have that "I can take more than you can dish" look that Superman has while he's catching death rays.....ON HIS CHEST!
The sculpt is absolutely hideous. I gave it a 3 and I think that was being extremely generous. For 300pts. you get a giant brick that isn't a one trick pony. He can outwit, see characters in stealth, and outwit basically anyone within LOS. The problem is that he's 300pts. For 317pts. i'd much rather use the Earth 2 Superman, if I had him, as his numbers make him much harder to hit. People always complain about HSS, but there's so many new characters that nerf this power that its not becoming as big of an issue (Star Boy, Harry Leland, Kid Zoom, etc...). I would have preferred to see this character with a full move attack power like Black Adam. New players will love this piece, as it's very cut and dry. You don't have to think much when using him.
Boring and uninspired, truly an example of lowest common denominator clix. Sculpt is average, dial is McCheese with a side of cheese. In most ways a representation of everything wrong with clix. Alas.
"I love man for all the potential that he holds, and hate men for how seldom they live up to it"
The 300 point Superman isn't nearly as unmanageable as the 150 point one (for the points). He can be out-actioned by a well constructed 300 point team, he can be Outwitted (although it takes two to Outwit him profitably most of the time off the top, since he can Outwit your Outwit), and his speed and defense aren't great for someone his size. Possibly a lot better in a game above 300 points, but honestly I haven't seen a situation yet where 300 point Superman was better than 150 point Superman and some support. Big Supes is a lot more accurate, though, given that he doesn't have a six click dial.

Superman is Super-Smart. We can bicker about "Ages" and Alternate Realities and specific storylines all day, but a quick swipe through the "Powers and Abilities of Superman" page on Wikipedia will show that Superman has has a genius-level intellect and photographic memory from the 1940s pretty much right up until "Flashpoint". John Byrne briefly tried to do away with it in the '80s relaunch, but Grant Morrison brought it right back in the '90s. I'm sorry you guys, but... Superman is Super-Smart.
Oh man, we got a Negative Man and a Jimmy Olsen? Now I need to think of a new signature after all these years!
